A well-structured but slow shifting tropical wave that exited the African coastline on September 1st made into Tropical Storm Isabel over the early morning of September sixth. Isabel turned a hurricane on September 7th and quickly intensified to Category four hurricane energy to the night on the 8th although the attention was located a lot more tha
